Description

Packing Sealer is a modified moisture-curing acetic acid-based silicone sealant with excellent adhesion properties on a wide variety of materials. Packing Sealer is permanently flexible and can withstand temperatures from -60°C to 330°C. Packing Sealer Is petrol and diesel oil resistant. Zettex Packing Sealer has a unique packaging and handy closable cap.

Processing

• For sealing machine and engine parts. The Zettex Packing Sealer has excellent resistance to oils, greases, lubricants, petrol, diesel oil, kerosene, brake fluid, water, steam, fuel oil, salt solutions, acids, glycol, butane and so on.

• The Zettex Packing Sealer has been specially developed as a liquid gasket for sealing oven doors, hobs and heating installations and joints where extremely high temperature resistance is required. Examples are drains, thermostats, pumps, heating pipes and low-pressure gaskets in engine parts.

• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE and soft plastic neoprene and bituminous substrates.

• The substrates must be clean, grease-free and load-bearing. Any uncured sealant residue and other dirty material can be removed with Zettex Profi Cleaner. Smooth finish with Zettex Easy Finish. In addition, always test the substrate beforehand for adhesion. After use, hands can be cleaned with the Zettex Cleaning Wipes.
