Delivery and Returns Policy
Shipping Center strives for quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be met for returning goods:

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. ALWAYS Please contact us before returning any items.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and complete.

Refunds for returns received within 30 days of the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for all costs of returning goods. Unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Center is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. If a package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order. Please allow approximately 14 business days for processing of your return after it arrives at our facility.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Shipping method
After your order and payment your order will be assembled and prepared for shipping. As soon as your order is complete and handed over to the carrier you will receive your order within 48 hours.

Postage costs
The shipping costs at Scheepvaartcenter.nl are as follows:
Orders within the Netherlands up to 350 euros € 10.00
Orders within the Netherlands above 350 euros € 0.00 (FREE)

Shipping costs Volume Transport
For shipments within the Netherlands larger than 2 meters we are forced to charge an additional € 35 shipping costs!
