Zettex Threadlock Strong is a permanent red coloured multi-purpose adhesive for permanent screw assemblies. It locks cams up to 40mm, seals against leakage and corrosion. It is chemically resistant, resistant to fuels, lubricants and most industrial fluids and gases.

Processing:
Zettex Threadlock is used where high strength and a high temperature range are required. Zettex Threadlock Strong is ideal for locking large studs and bolts (M25>). To dismantle, heat the pin or bolt to 250°C and dismantle. This product must not be used in: Oxygen or oxygen rich systems. Sealing of chlorine or similar oxidising materials. Ensure all parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease using Zettex Profi Cleaner. Zettex Threadlock Strong is normally applied by hand from the bottle.
