Description

Hightack is a universal adhesive for bonding all types of materials, except PE and PP. Zettex MS 70 Hightack has a very high initial adhesive force and can be applied to the most common surfaces. The Zettex MS 70 Hightack has been specially developed for bonding stone, concrete, mirrors, glass, plaster, PU, PVC, hard plastics, enamel, ceramics, copper, lead, zinc, tin, aluminum, metals, alloys, stainless steel. HPL plates and paint systems.

Processing

• Apply the glue in vertical grooves in a 'ventilated' manner using the V-nozzle. The distance between the grooves is 10 to 20 cm. Then press the materials until there is at least 2 to 3 mm distance between the material to be bonded and the substrate.

Do not apply MS 70 Hightack with dots! Due to the high initial strength, support during curing is not necessary in most cases. The MS 70 Hightack is available in black and white. For technical questions, please contact our technical department.

• Due to the structure of the Zettex MS 70 Hightack, it is recommended to use a Zettex Caulkgun. The surfaces must be clean, grease-free and load-bearing. Any uncured sealant residue and other dirty material can be removed with the Zettex Profi Cleaner. Always pre-treat porous surfaces with Zettex Adhesion Primer.

In addition, always test the surface for adhesion in advance. After use, hands can be cleaned with the Zettex Cleaning Wipes.
