Uncooked linseed oil is suitable for impregnating wood and for storing used brushes. Raw linseed oil is a natural product, so it is less harmful to the environment.
Usage / Dosage
You can dilute uncooked linseed oil with 25 – 50% paint thinner, white spirit or turpentine oil. Uncooked linseed oil never dries before 100% and dries slower than boiled linseed oil (for faster drying add siccative 1 – 5%).
Pay attention! Risk of scalding when absorbed into porous materials such as cloths, rags and clothing), resulting in a risk of fire. Pour water over cloths after use!
